Laserbolt saw the book, and his eyes lit up. At the word of a vision, he said, "May I speak? I may have told a few of you about this, but I think it would make sense to tell the Queen about it." He hadn't received the same vision as the others, but the one he had may help them. "It concerns that book, and who I think the owner might be. His- its presence in these events worry me, and I have a feeling that, if it were to go back to its owner... well, I'm not sure what would happen."

Chrysteel chuckles at bolts attempt to understand the old book. she says, "This book holds the ancient tales of the elements of harmony. It is the reference guide that held the elements, when discord first became free. the feathers belong to the sun, Celestia, and moon, Luna. the 5 necklaces are the shattered remains of the 5 elements of harmony: Honesty, kindness, laughter, Generosity and loyalty. The tiara without a gem was once the element of magic. This chrysalis strand hold a power I long ago sealed, my ancient form. In my present state I am considered a princess ranked changeling, but if I were to awaken the power hidden in this strand I can become a changeling queen like mother Cadence here is."
After hearing what her mother had to say she says, "One other thing not mentioned in the prophecy itself was that a guide from a far away place will be there to help and nurture the chosen, while they are on this task of freeing the world from chaos. I am the guide spoken of. I come not from this world but another. Through the rivers of time and space from within the heart of 'TARDIS' I found myself here. It is a story I cannot yet speak of. The power I had then has long sense been sealed to help something return to the world. The secret of Avalon is the second key. The seeds of loyalty and laughter are glowing. Others are sparking but remain still compared to the two that glow. Soon the seeds will bloom and the final confrontation will be near. I for now am only to play the part of guardian and guide, for this is my role. I think we need to start by freeing at least one or two of the chaos 6 and then gather the remaining chosen from their places in this chaotic world. After that we go after the rest and then finally once all has been done, we should go after the lord of chaos, Discord, himself. As for the freeing of them The prophecy already has given the biggest clue as to how. Take the greedy one for example. She seeks something of true value, But because of discord's influence she has lost sight of the meaning of True value and claims everything she can as hers. Even souls of others are not out of her grasp."

Bane joins in on the conversation. "Do not forget about the mother and the filly, as well as the victims of this chaotic world. They are also our main priority. We can't go around freeing the Mane 6 from Discord's influence and attacking Discord without bringing down any sort of consequences upon them. We must think on how we might approach situation carefully before we initiate it. It would be rather difficult if Discord started to use all of his playing cards on us as soon as we start freeing the Mane 6. And I would hate it if we chose a wrong decision that would end this prophecy before it was meant to be. Let us not be so careless."

Asterian looks to the amulet of Generosity as soon as it entered his vision. Like the Tree's seed, he could feel a sort of pull towards it, as if it was a part of him.
Apparently, Starfall's question to Chrysteel had been answered. The fractured Elements now lay before him as he listened to the prophecy told by the Queen of Avalon. All the while he listened carefully to what was said, but he could not remove his now purple glowing eyes from the necklace. He felt a wholeness inside as he realized who he was. His theory was not just some theory now.

Chrysteel says, "Yes but to get to them we will need a few of the original 6s help plus I think I know where we can find the one called Liarjack. Liarjack is a trusted friend of the resistance. She knows not the meaning of the resistance, but I have seen her near to Avalon many a time and not once, unless discord told her too, did she ever attack Avalon. I can feel it inside her she is trying to be something other then just a liar. This brings us back to the prophecy. A liar trying to be kind. I believe that AJ or Liarjack is becoming the element of kindness and is using the chaos element of lies to give kind lies. This right here may put us at a huge advantage, if it is true."

Shadechaser walks away from the group, and stares into the sky. Not really knowing what was being spoken, Shade envisioned a time of joy, once again. "For reasons I cannot explain, I feel alone, but near friends. I can't quite feel the truth, and riddles blind my mind to what is real. Darkness floods my sight, and water never leaks from my eyes. My soul is trapped, and my mind is cracked... No one truly knows what I have been through, and no one will understand the degree..." Shade whispered inward, seeming to let out some contained remorse. Small details in her shadow seem to change, though remain the same.
(Indication of internal conflict.)

The liar was silent while she thought over her options, such as they were.
"Make one wrong move, an' yer goin' free, Mister. No deal."
A thousand years of exercise did wonders for a body, and the grey earth pony was galloping like mad out of the Chaos Castle, holding her ancient hat tightly against her head by its straps as she made for the Hidden Land of Avalon. A hoof touched an ancient alarm clock... Time Energy: 33% (-10% from mindscaping with Liarjack) Clockwork's presence was thrown out of the grey earth mare's mind as she galloped out of range and out of the castle, his body reeling from his head being thrown back at the force his mind reentered his body. Smokey blue eyes snapped open, illuminating the ever-changing walls as mechanised pneumatics gasped raggedly. That was a wholly unpleasant experience, ponys themselves were intolerable, but something that weak clinging to all that power was something of an abomination. Clockwork was forced to remind himself that said abomination came from just a misaligned creature, and beyond his already unyeilding hatred for all things organic he could not fault her further. " She has lost, just as I have." he intoned, staring ahead at the walls " I suppose everyone in this pit has, except the obvious. I do wonder where Ms Deceit is going, perhaps a hidden place? Perhaps one of those resistances I said about? A rescue party would be foolish, a direct assault suicide." his head glanced up, confusion written across his stoic features. Something had just occoured to him, something puzzling and odd, even for the world he was in. Discord was a Concept of Chaos, just as he was a Concept of Time, yet unlike Time who is rigid and formal, Chaos is...chaotic? That must be the word, there was no other way of describing the thing's attitude, no matter how much Clockwork himself hated the creature and how many insults he could loose. Granted, this is a world where the laws of physics are all but a suggestion, but even so one thing made less sense than usual. Clockwork looked up to the unseeable ceiling, no doubt towards where his accursed Father sat in his infinite throne... " For what purpose does the Concept of Chaos need a castle?" he asked the unseeable heavens " Chaos is intangible, uncontrollable. The very being of a castle is but one of two things, to be used as a prison..." he rattled his chains suspending him above what he presumed was the direction of the floor " ...or to keep something out."

Sitting unnoticed at the edge of the group, Sekashi and Moonlight had litle knowledge or comprehension of these strange and intricate debates among mighty gods, but if there was one thing that they understood at all, it was that something needed to be done, and soon. At least, that was Sekashi's view. Moonlight, for her part, was shuddering despite, or perhaps because of, the heat of the caldera. It reminded her too much of... Master... Moonlight looked around dully, glancing from stone to stone, from crack to crack, as the steam hissed from fissures in the ground. When was the last time she had felt the warmth of the earth on her fur like this? Oh... right... when Master had... p-played with her...
The smell of sulfur and brimstone, the bitter taste of the ash in the air made her cough weakly, trying to push the thoughts out of her mind.
(Yes magus did make this post for me).

Laserbolt reached toward the book. "Do we know... who wrote this?" He touched one of the pages lightly, and it sparked against his hoof. He stepped back, then reached for it again. When he placed his hoof on it a second time, a shower of sparks shot off the pages, and the book began to glow brightly. Laserbolt let go, and stepped back, as it began to crackle with energy. "Does... does anyone know what it's doing?" A space in front of the book appeared, taking on the appearance of what any magic practitioner would recognize as a summoning circle. "Oh... oh dear."

Liarjack galloped like mad, rushing towards the Hidden Land without hesitation. None of the deceptions fooled her eyes, and the gateway opened to admit her entry as she moved through the streets, passing by the curious onlookers who had grown somewhat used to the strange but Kind pony's occasional presence.
Rushing up the steps to the castle, she halted a polite distance from the angel-winged changelings guarding the throne room, looking their leader in the eyes.
"Ah don't need ta talk to the Queen."
The changeling blinked, but stood firm.
"I'm sorry, the Queen is away at the moment. We don't know when she'll be back."
Liarjack took a step forward. "Then don't connect me to the hivemind."
The soldiers balked at her request, and she held up a hoof as they gasped.
"Circle mah heart an' hope ta live, pull a cupcake from mah eye, Ah'll abuse th' link."
The commander looked at her with some hesitation, then nodded. She allowed the changelings to touch their horns to her forehead...
Queen Cadance gasped as She heared a voice in Her head, then firmed Her lips and strode forward as Laserbolt's connection with the book began forming the summoning circle.
"There is another, then. Oh Brother, what shall We ever do without You?" She sighed, summoning an hourglass from Her bag and placing it in the center of the circle. "Place your hoof in this triangle, Laserbolt. This may feel... strange."
The insane draconequus suddenly stopped His ranting as bright lines of Time energy flowed from Reality itself and began to spin rapidly around Clockwork's body, enticing a manic grin from the Spirit of Chaos.
Oh, leaving SOON? Ah, well, I CAN'T say it hasn't been a PLEAsure, to be sure. Say hellO to your bee-YOO-ta-ful little SISter for Me, would You? I most enJOY Our little CHATS, if You know what I mean! Let's see how You do this time, hmm? Oh, but I forget! You always do the same! AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAHAHAHAHAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
A blinding flash lit up the room...
Time energy: 5%.
Rapidly spinning spheres of pure Time burst from the pages of the ancient book, forming into the shape that Cadance and the Dragon Gods knew all too well...
Clockwork, Concept of Time.

Chrysteel goes over to him and examines him. she checks him over to make sure he is alright for the most part. but the way she does the checkup makes it seam as if she is more surprised at the magic held in the book then by his sudden appearance. she looks to cadence and says, "His power is low, but I think he will live. Mother what happened? The book didn't hold any magic within it's cover before?" Chrysteel is very confused as she examines the book and finds no trace of the magic that was released. she gets even more confused at the fact that bolt activated the magic and she knew he hadn't seen the book from this world before.

Time Energy: 4% The world was still black after the white. It was calm. It was a calm one feels when they have no weight on their shoulders, like all burden had been lifted. To Clockwork, this was alien enough. Never before had he felt such purposeless, such tranquility, such relaxation. He hated it. His visual, motory and auditory sensors did not come online at first, he would have considered himself dead if it was not a laughable notion. Him? Dead? His crusade left hanging? His hatred left without aim? Unthinkable. Being moved was an easy task for whatever was doing so, ceremoniously turned so his face wasn't touching the floor, or the wall? He couldn't tell. His mindscape was still fuzzy from the rapid relocation, a static filter over most of his thoughts. He recognised it from his earlier days, trying to outrace the fastest infinity, something obviously held similar chronokinetic abilities as he, if less refined. A figure stood in his mind, not pony nor biped, none but all. Staring at him and back. Its unseen eyes everywhere and nowhere, Clockwork could feel it. Disappointment, sadness, regret, anger, forgiveness? Was the last even an emotion? "Hello, my wayward son..." Clockwork screamed.
The mechanoid before Chrysteel sprang to life, convulsing and screeching as limbs tipped with talons flailed sporadically, stretching and fighting an unseen foe in the air above him and around him. His claws ripping the volcanic floor as they gripped the earth, fist after fist pounding into it until his knuckles bled oil. Scant seconds had passed before the whirling violence abated, arms dropping loose to the side, splayed on the floor.
"I will make you pay for what you did to me..." snarled Clockwork as the whiteness bled out, his functions beginning to boot up "...I will make you feel the inferno of pain I suffered the day you told Discord to tear out my soul! I will rid this world of that snake, and then I'll BURN it, and all upon it! YOU HEAR ME?!" The last of the whiteness left, speaking only once before Clockwork never saw it again. "I am so sorry..."
He could hear things speaking, speaking letters, words, phrases. He could move his fingers, then his wrist, then his neck to look up. A familiar pinkish-red aura was nearby, and another, more muted orange. Clockwork opened his eyes...

crysteel was near him when he opened his eyes. The pink aura could have been coming from her. or was it coming from the Alicorn near to her. Chrysteel smiled and says, "Here take this. I don't know why but I think you could use this." Chrysteel pulled out of her bags a time keeping device. it was old but it held the click of time like no other could hear but him. She held out the device hoping the being would take it. She waits for a moment before setting the device next to him. From this small being he could sense a familiar strangeness about her but he couldn't quite place it.

Laserbolt, transfixed by the book, did not see Clockwork appear, or, at least, did not notice him. He reached forward, eyes wide, and placed his hoof upon the hourglass. As he did so, he stammered, "What exactly will it do... your majesty?" At the same time, Schakolad had noticed that one of the elements, the cracked, apple-shaped one, and smiled. He did not know why. It just made him feel a bit better. Perhaps the elements would be restored, and the land with it. And perhaps, he could finally save her. From herself, from Discord, from the whole bloody ordeal.

His claws ripping the volcanic floor as they gripped the earth, fist after fist pounding into it until his knuckles bled oil. I don't know if he will be okay after bashing his fists against this hardened rock." Shade responded. It seemed that Clockwork's 'rage' attracted Shadechaser's attention. "Something ye resent? I might not know that level of anger, but it might level off with my sorrow." Shade returned to the group and stood near, but not too close to, Clockwork. "All one needs is something to crave. A goal to achieve is all the logic one needs," Shade paused for a short moment, then resumed, "Discord must have this same logic, though targeted differently. We don't know why he does such things." Shade stops talking and looks toward the Chaos Capitol. Oh, how have the mighty has risen. Your fall might be short... but your structure is redundant. Hard to fell, but great to experience. Satisfaction of your actions will allow you to move on. Without that, you remain immovable.
