Liarjack raised an eyebrow. 'Ya know that Ah can't smell a trap or deception from any distance, no matter how well hidden or complex, right? Ah can't sense any hidden motive, see through any mask. Mah curse an' mah blessin'. Gimme a good reason fer lettin' ya out. Last Ah heard, ye was tryin' fer takin' over th' world an' rippin' it an' its timeline ta pieces, Ah ain't a genius, genius. Now Ah might prefer Master's li'l setup ta yours, but Ah ain't fond o' stayin' alive, if ya get mah meanin'. An' Ah'm privy ta gettin' mahself possessed too. Ah ain't seen Fluttercruel do it all too many times. So, tell me why.
She was an enigma, an impenetrable mystery, a web of lies within a web of lies. She was, for all intents and purposes, the very concept of lying, even though the ex-Alicorn hadn't remembered having a Sister to represent that, and this little immortal mortal here wasn't any sort of goddess. But it was the best chance He had, for now, to escape this unending prison, this place that was threatening to break Him utterly and mold Him into exactly what that insane creature had called Him, a submissive and mindless little plaything for a mad god and His daughter.
Time Energy: 45% Clockwork's image gripped his cold, metal hands in on themselves as his eyes burned blue light. " Because I can provide the means to get you anything you want." he said, looking down at the place below, above and around him " Because I can give you, and anything else on this world back what they lost. I can change the flow of time, each choice we make, from blinking a split second too late or early to pressing the button which ends the world, I have walked those paths and many others. How easy would it be for me to find a time when you did win against that snake? Where he was returned to his unfeeling ornament form until doomsday?" Clockwork straightened, chest unit puffing a little as his claws snapped apart, gesturing in the mind. " Your skill with seeing lies does not scare me, for time shows all lies, even its own! Why do I ask for your aid? Because unlike the rest of them you are not easily duped into Discord's schemes, you lie because you have to, and I would much rather a being who lies through their teeth to make the world seem a little less hellish than one who sloths in blissful ignorance. Though, if such a reason is null in your eyes, consider this alterior motive..." Clockwork's hands dropped to his sides, clenching once more into fists. " I have every known right in this universe, nay, multiverse, to hate every single being who is, has and will live, from the lowliest bacteria to the dragonkin rulers. All are works of my father, and I hate them because of him, and him because of them. I hate changelings, golems, dragonkin and griffons, ponykind in whatever form it takes. I hate them from horn to tail to tip of wing..." Clockwork's expression darkened considerably, the fire in his eyes filled with spite " But no matter how much the sight of a pony infuriates me, I will always hate that maggot-ridden, putrid-breathed, scum-sucking draconequuis more. He made me how I am under Father's single command to bring me back under his thrall, he was the one who stripped my soul from my body and left me to fade into nothingness. Let me out and aid my plans, and I will entitle you a place beside me as we bury that snake in the ruins of this vile place..."

Asterian looked to the Queen as she began to speak. He listened carefully to what was being said, all the while thinking about what happened with him and the Tree. Once the Queen had finished, he stepped forth, signaling to the world he was prepared to die for this cause. The purple flecks in his eyes shimmered lightly as he said directly to the alicorn before him, "In the name of what was Equestria, the name of my father and mother, the name of my own, the name of our future, and in the name of the Sisters... I will generously die to bring Him to justice."

" ... and let those who are willing step forward when ready." For a small moment, Shadechaser watched as Asterian steps forward and vows his part. The instant after he was done, Shade walked into the meeting area. With little attention, Shadechaser calls out, "May your will be stronger than his tricks, and your heart sing true. May those shadows never corrupt you. From what I hear, you are in need of aid to bring the dissonance to a stop. I don't know if I can help, but anything to get to the top,... is better than nothing at all." Shade lowers the volume and continues, "Without the guides of the night, one is lost in it's shadows. For chaos is similar to night, clouding what we once knew... covering it with something else. We can't be sure what he will throw, roll, or spin at us, but we will make a difference... somehow."

Cadance sighed, looking out a window at the peaceful denizens of Avalon. " I try to tell myself that I am, but... I do not think anyone can ever truly be ready, not completely in mind and heart and soul. How can one be ready for such suffering? But I have readied myself as best as I can, and that is all I would ask of anyone. I do not fear for myself, I fear for My Little Ponies, My Children, these innocents who hold onto hope in this pocket of sanity, of peace and joy. I fear for the foals, the chicks, the cubs, the fawns, the pups, the kids. They never asked to be born into this world, but they were, and that is the lot that Fate has given to them. I cannot imagine why My Sister has drawn this particular road, nor where it may lead in the end, except unto the Elders, for all roads lead to the Elders in the End. Yet who knows? I still hold onto hope. That is why we fight, why we continue onwards, why we are resolved to go to Tiamat today. Because of hope. A fool's hope, perhaps, but if there is any way to end this endless suffering, it will be through you, my friend. Through all of you, the Chosen." She smiled as Chrysteel entered, then almost choked as She saw the bow in the changeling's hoof. " The... the Bow of Cupid... the gift from Venus, unto Her most beloved son... I... I had thought that I would never see it again..." She touched it reverently, remembering that which none now comprehended, that which never existed, which never would exist again. She looked to the changeling before her, wondering. How long, Father, Mother? How long must I wait? It is lonely, so lonely, knowing all yet unable to act or speak. But now, at last...She gestured and beckoned for the rest to eat. " Keep it secret, and keep it safe, My Child. This is of a Power only you will know, and you are as yet unready to know the reason for it, or its true powers. But I feel it in My heart, that soon you shall remember a power greater than anything you have ever imagined in this life, and you will open your eyes, and see things as they truly are, without limit." She looked gravely at everypony. " The pieces are moving, the board is set, the clock is ticking. We make for the Dragon Lands, for the Realm of Tiamat and Bahamut, My Cousins. I will not ask of you all what you cannot give. Let they who cannot continue stay here in relative safety, and let those who are willing step forward when ready."
Chrysteel steps forward and says, "As it was told the chosen will need a guide I volunteer to be that guide. I will do my best to help them and guide them so they may see the honesty of the prophecy they are to fulfill. I am Chrysteel 'Venus'((She meant to say Amore)) Chrysalis." Despite having said the words herself, she does not even seam to realize, she just said the name of a concept as her own name. The choice to reveal this to her or to keep it secret for now, is up to those who heard her say it. She steps over to the group.
Rendia come in and says, "I attendant Rendia, also choose to face this fate. Be that I am a chosen or like Chrysteel a guide. I am as ready as I will ever be." Rendia steps over to join the ones going.

Asterian listens to each of the ponies giving their vows, but when Chrysteel steps forward, he stops as she says "Venus".
As she heads back to the group, Starfall works his way over to her and whispers in her ear, "Chrysteel, you just addressed yourself as Venus." He then looked to the supposed goddess of love, but snapped out of his gaze. Why is she so attractive? Why am I drawn to her like a magnet? Is this some sort of changeling magic I should know about?
He whispered against in Chrysteel's ear, "You did not mean to call yourself Venus, did you?"

Chrysteel looks to Asterian and says, "What do you mean? I know I had said Chrysteel Amore Chrysalis, when I said my name. When did I say 'Venus' again?" Chrysteel doesn't seam to notice that she did in fact use the name Venus as part of her name. It has a meaning but it is up to those who heard her to figure that out. and help her see it as well. But right now she must not be ready to figure it out. Chrysteel is giving Asterian a very confused look. It seams to puzzle her that those around her heard her say it but she herself didn't notice the change of name.

Bane ignores the fact that Chrysteel spoke her name with 'Venus' instead of 'Amore' for a moment. He steps forward like the others have. "Due to some unexpected circumstances I am now facing, I have no other choice but to help you all in this endeavor. To not only save the beings of this world from the influence of Chaos, but to ensure the safety of my people's history. I will do what I can to protect and help. This is my duty as a warrior and a former emperor." Bane finishes his vows and faces towards Chrysteel. "We may need to speak about this matter when it is appropriate to do so, unless Cadence wishes to speak about it once all the members of the group have officially agreed to join in this journey of fates."

Liarjack sighed.
"Ah don't like yer attitude towards Master, at least, but how about th' rest o' th' world after yer through with Him? Ah happen ta have a hatred for livin', if ya know what Ah mean."
Cadence nodded gravely towards all of the assembled Destined.
"Chrysteel, My Daughter... but no, it is not yet time. You will learn for yourself the truth, as I Myself did learn. For the truth, in this case, is not something which can be explained to you in words, nor shown, but only experienced in its fullness. Now, to each of you, I give My thanks, such as it is. Ready yourselves. This may feel a bit odd."
Roaring tongues of green flame sweep around the circle as the Destined Ones choose their fate, creating a circle within a circle, flashing with light as it spun wildly. Up, up, up the circle rose, forming into a dome above them. A feeling of floating, of falling away, a flash of light...
*****
They were everything the legends said of Them, and more, so, so much more. Goddess and God, Queen and King, Tiamat and Bahamut, the Parents of All Dragons. Higher than mountains, eyes like stars. And a voice that shook the very world.
"GREETINGS UNTO YOU, MI AMORE CADENZA EQUESTRIA AVALON, THE FOURTEENTH TAROT, CONCEPT OF MUSIC AND HARMONY, PRINCESS OF BINDS AND JOY, QUEEN AND MOTHER OF ALL CHANGELINGS. GREETINGS UNTO YOU, DESTINED ONES."
"And greetings unto you, Tiamat and Bahamut, Goddess-Queen and God-King, Rulers of Dracotopia, Mother and Father of Dragons. In this time that Fate has set for us, we are come."
The caldera that was the Realm of Dragons stretched a thousand miles in all directions, and crawled with every last dragon that still lived upon the face of the world. Natural-born and polymorphs alike gathered under the protection of the Rulers of this land, bound to each other through trial and hardship and a will to live. On occasion, great warriors and champions also would come from far and wide, rugged veterans of countless battles seeking aid in their endless war. And rarely, perhaps once every century or so, a true individualist would reluctantly search out the sanctuary of this place, as Chaos threatened from all sides.
But now, something was happening that had not happened for an Age... the Gods and Destined Mortals were meeting, and here will decide the fate of the world.

Shadechaser appeared to bow, but was instead feeling uneasy after the 'teleport' spell. "I don't think I will ever get over that sickness. Teleporting, by means not shadow related, always seems to take something out of me." After looking up, Shade noticed Tiamat and Bahamut, then stated, "The lore from where I come from doesn't fully describe the size of dragons or their greater beings. Your size is an honor to see." Shade, now, bows respectfully to the Mighty ones.
Shadechaser began to think, I can't see a book fully describing this event. There is no creature scaling to fully scale this to reality in relationship. The ant to the greatest dragon you'll ever see snoozing in a cave? Still to small of a scale. It would be pointless to try to scale this to a reasonable resemblance. Their size is not even measurable. No scale or calculations could ever truly fit the bill. Soon, Shade gave up the thought of reasonably scaling this.

Chrysteel gave a respectful bow and says, "Greetings ancient ones. It has been long sense last I was here. I hope that your realm has held well. I have a request. The items I left with you. It is time for them to find their places. The 5 shattered necklaces, the broken tiara, the silver and golden feathers, the book of old and...." She sighs before she says the next part. "The ancient chrysalis shard that came from within me when I first arrived here in this chaotic land. It is time to release their seals and repair the broken and shattered items." Chrysteel comes out of her bow once she has spoken. Her respectful nature as the hive's representative is still with her even after 1000 years. She thinks for a moment then says, "I would also like permission to browse your library of ancient records. I think something may come of it. I am looking for something on ancient runic symbols from the time of the concepts."

Bane bows towards Tiamat and Bahamut. He raises his head, smiling, and takes a step forward. "Greetings, Tiamat and Bahamut. It has been too long, my old friends. I was a bit surprised when I heard of you two becoming the great God-King and Goddess-Queen of Dracotopia. If only the Dragon Maker and Forbidden Maker of Protection could see you now. (Forbidden Maker of Protection once the Dragon Maker.) They would have been proud. But I guess we have business to deal with first before we can start up the Ancient and Elder reunion." His face becomes serious. "You know the reasons of why we have came and you know what must happen. We are at the crossroads of Fate, the first of many."

Liarjack sighed.
"Ah don't like yer attitude towards Master, at least, but how about th' rest o' th' world after yer through with Him? Ah happen ta have a hatred for livin', if ya know what Ah mean." Time Energy: 44% Clockwork folded his arms, the question lingering in the air like an axe blade as he thought. What would he do? With Discord destroyed he would have no other reason to be here, his eternal task a step closer to completion. Yet there was always a chance that Discord could return from the brink of oblivion, such was the nature of not only draconeqqui, but other concepts as well. This world was a mess as it is, it would need to be reorganised, rebuilt and reprogrammed to ensure nothing fell out of place ever again. Defences, perameters and constant monitoring, just to be sure...Gah! What was he saying? He needed out of this vile world as quickly as possible! Its very nature anathema to him! This place may be getting to him, he admitted to himself, and he needed out. Now. " My original plan was to either leave this world to collapse on itself with the destruction of chaos or to stay and systematically purge all traces of chaotic influence, to make sure that creature stays a rock. Neither one would be in the best interest of Ponykind, I could perhaps be pursuaded otherwise. I know out there there will be resistances, bulwarks against the increasing tide of chaos, because I know ponykind does not simply give up in the face of overwhelming odds..." his eyes grew distant, as if remebering a time before a time " ...you have me to thank for that." he said quietly, before returning to his original demeanor " I suppose if ponykind can prove to me that all is not lost, that there is a glimmer of hope to this situation that I cannot see through blind pride or hatred's fire, I will reconsider my options. I know you are not who you once were, I doubt anybody is here, but I am running out of time, and so is this world and all the worlds beyond should I fail. Find me a clock, unlock the door, and let us find some like-minded beings who will be glad to serve a better purpose than simply wasting away in this hell."

Asterian smiled and bowed before the Elders. "Greetings to you, Great Ones, Leaders of the Dragons and God and Goddess. I am honored. My name is Asterian Élire Starfall." Upon completing his bow, he rises up to face the Dragon Father and Mother. Their statue was intimidating, and Asterian would by lying if he said he had no fear of them. But he did not falter. He had dealt with much worse in his past.
The stallion, scarred and clothed only with a rag he called a cloak, still looked up to the Dragons with a sense of dignity.
After Chrysteel said her piece, he moved back over to her and asked in a whisper, "Chrysteel, you did call yourself Venus, but the five necklaces and the tiara... Are they what I imagine them to be?"

((I'm going to jump my character's over to the rest of the group, since I think I got lost.)) Laserbolt looked up at Tiamat and Bahumat, and felt frightened. It was a strange emotion, he hadn't felt it very often before, but he knew he didn't like it. As Schakolad bowed low to the King and Queen of Dragons, Laserbolt stepped back a bit, before following suit. "Hallo, I am Schakolad Chip. I have had the good fortune to meet you, God Drakes. My nanna used to tell me stories about the Dragon Gods." He chuckled, "I used to have dreams about you." Laserbolt spoke quickly, and without tact. "My name is Laserbolt Albion, Right Hoof to Luna in better times. It is... good to meet you."

The Dragon Gods seemed to smile, and one of Goddess-Queen Tiamat's enormous heads nods almost imperceptibly at Chrysteel - which is to say that the very movement of Her head left sonic rainbooms in its wake, the scales on the sides of Her terrifying face glowing white-hot with the air friction. "IT IS TIME INDEED, PRINCESS CHRYSTEEL OF AVALON. MANY LONG AGES HAVE PASSED SINCE FIRST YOU CAME. MUCH HAVE YOU GROWN. IT IS TIME."
The Queen lifted an enormous claw, and gently, gently... plunged it down the throat of the mightiest of Her five heads. It seemed that the very sky itself was rolled back like a scroll as lightning flashed and thunder pealed, and the roar of the Queen would have shaken the very world to its foundations, if the King beside Her had not roared His own song to quiet Hers, both joining together in the Music of the Spheres.
By Her snort a light doth shine, and Her eyes are like the eyelids of the morning. Out of Her mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out. Out of Her nostrils goeth smoke, as out of a seething pot or cauldron. Her breath kindleth coals, and a flame goeth out of Her mouth.
Like a bolt of lightning from the sky fell three pellets of Dragon-Magic, borne on wings of Dragon-Fire. By Spell and By Song are the ancient Seals broken; By Will and By Word are the ties unmade.
From out of the plasma came forth these things: 5 shattered necklaces and tiara without jewels, a feather of alabaster, a feather of midnight blue, a book as old as time, and a chrysalis of shimmering rainbow threads.
Tiamat and Bahamut then turned nodded Their heads in greeting and acknowledgement of the others as Their gaze remained fixed upon the Changeling Queen, whose gaze likewise did not waver.
"YOU HAVE TOLD THE DESTINED ONES OF THE PROPHECY AND THE FATES TO BE DECIDED UPON THIS DAY?"
"It was my intention to speak of such things here, where loose tongues would not let secrets fall and walls do not have ears."
"EVER MORE CUNNING THAN THEIR APPEARANCE ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE FATHER OF ALICORNS. SPEAK THEN, FREELY, FOR NOW SHALL THESE FATES BE TOLD OPENLY."
Cadance took a deep breath and bowed, then turned to the others.
"Where shall I begin... the Prophecy of Hope spoke of the Destined Ones, who would come one thousand years after the fall of the world to rid it once more of Chaos. The Elements would be liberated, the Enemy thrown down, and a little filly shall be the catalyst. Last night, I am sure, many of you dreamed or saw a vision of what I am now certain is the truth of things, with a filly who would change the fate of the world. Each scene, I think, is a message to each of us of how things are and what to do. It is like the dream I had: a broken Traitor, a being of Wrath twisted by lies, a Greedy soul desperate for that which has true value, a Liar afraid of the truth who tries to be Kind, a Cruel daughter of the Enemy and His victim the previous bearer of Kindness, and a Tragedy who lives only for lack of a cause to die. Two others are revealed to us through this omen: a Loyal mother, and a Laughing filly, the little filly who is to be the catalyst. But how shall we move, and how shall we liberate the Six? That is the question we must answer here."
The liar was silent while she thought over her options, such as they were.
"Make one wrong move, an' yer goin' free, Mister. No deal."
A thousand years of exercise did wonders for a body, and the grey earth pony was galloping like mad out of the Chaos Castle, holding her ancient hat tightly against her head by its straps as she made for the Hidden Land of Avalon. A hoof touched an ancient alarm clock...
