With a swing of her katana the winds pick up slightly to disperse the smoke but right when it cleared, Asha knew this attack needed to be blocked or dodged. So she decided to land folding her wings and dodging the attack and letting Bane fly right over her. She then begins to move about the little duel field while switching to storm katana and mana saber. "On the ground or in the air speed is most important to me. Speed and precision that is. Your good to have dodged the counter strike. Lets see how well you handle my first combat stance." Ash then crosses her blades readying herself for an atk. or def. Her stance is a twin blade style. Best defense is usually a good offensive.

Bane rolls on the ground after landing and stands up, seeing Asha in an offensive stance. He saw the switch in weaponry and decided to switch his own. "Speed and precision? Mine is more of speed and strength. And here is one I might like to show you. Bogorn." The steel sword transforms into a giant iron sword, heavy enough for the strongest of warriors. "Bogorn is a unique weapon forged for a lone and strong warrior, a sword that only he can wield. The original one sits on top of his son's mantle. Aldorn copied and made it a little lighter for me to wield in battle."
Bane is able to wield the giant sword with one hand and goes into an offensive position. "Give me your best shot."

Asha's Lunges forward her lack of flight showing but her speed seams to still be near the same even on the ground. she swings with the storm katana in her off hand and the mana saber looks to be constantly shifting in her main hand. Asha also seams to be watching bane's movements. He next attack will be based off of bane's movements.

Bane easily dodges the attack and swings around Asha. His speed seems to constant, despite the giant iron sword he has. Bane stops from behind Asha and swings the sword at a slower pace.

Asha roll dodges trying to get behind Bane to bring both swords crossed to his lower left leg. She never makes contact but gets close enough to let bane know she could have hit. She calls, "point me. 2 me and 2 you. We are tied so far."

"Oh this is a point sparring match? I thought we were fighting 'til we can't fight anymore. Oh and I could have swung that as fast as a normal sword but I didn't. Didn't want to accidentally cleave you in two." Bane turns with his sword and stops right at Asha, with Bogorn near her neck. "I would say that's a point for me, considering the size of this large iron sword. Rine." Bogorn transforms into a sword with symbols and runes embedded into the sword, a rune sword.

right when he spun asha had vanished. When he finds her she is wielding her mana shield and saber. "Ok 3 you 3 me. look on your back. Besides why fight till exhausted when we can save that energy for fighting the possible coming enemies." Asha points to a nice little rune on bane's back. She then taps her mana saber. Asha says, "Basic double spell, always good for a distraction."

"Very handy skill, though not very useful against the shadows." One of the runes begins to light up and Bane turns to black smoke. He reappears from behind, using Asha's shadow, and pokes her with the rune blade. "Sometimes the best way to get behind the enemy is using their own shadows against them." The shadow rune is shown, glowing on the sword.

Asha nods and says, "But when you do things who controls the shadow. You know what, screw the points I am starting to have fun." When Bane goes to use her shadow, Asha begins to cartwheel and roll around manipulating her shadow make bane dizzy. She doesn't seam to be trying to hurt him but she does seam to be having fun.

A second shadow rune glows and Bane turns into a cloud of shadows. Half of the shadows keeps up with Asha's shadows while the other half reappears as copies of Bane, attacking her with every strike they can get. Each hit, the sword will turn into a dark cloud along with the copy of Bane. "You're gonna have to do better than that to keep me away."

Asha's mana shield and saber begin to glow brightly as she calls out, "Blind and Singe: Sky Sun Flair!" With that spell, a blinding light flashes dispersing all shadows for a 30ft radius of her. blinding bane and singing him.
((You made her use magic. Something she didn't want to do.))

Bane grins while being blinded by the spell. His left hand seems to be singed by the spell while an absorbtion of mana from the spell is being driven into his sword. Bane closes his eyes and the rune sword transforms back to Aldorn. "Neat spell, mind if I use it?" Bane directed his sword towards Asha and used the same spell against her. "Blind and Singe: Sky Sun Flair." The spell blinds and singes Asha. However, the spell took a toll on Bane and left him with little energy. Maybe I shouldn't have rushed that spell. Need to read new spells before re-applying them into the battle.

Asha brings her shield up to cover her eyes and the runes light up to show light and fire still glowing absorbing the blunt of the spell. Asha however sheaths her shield and mana saber. She says, "The only way I know of to counter a mass shadow ability is to use offensive magic. Thus I forfeit this duel."

"That's good, I was about to call quit by that time." Bane collapses on the floor, exhausted. "Next time, I should read the spell first before I re-apply it. Not hastily attack you with your spell, it just drains my energy. If you have waited a few more seconds and you would have won. Though you weren't that bad, I have to say. You might even be able to participate in the Arena if you had the chance. First, I need a rest. Emural, take over will you?"
"Why must you use me as some sort of tool?" A deep dark voice is heard from within Bane. "I will do as you say for now, but you will guarantee that I will receive a role in the fights."
"Agreed." Aldorn hums and Bane transforms into a dark, shadowy figure that wears a white mask with a single red eye. The figure rises and looks at the group. "Greetings, I am Lord Emural of the Dark Realm. You could say that I am a part of Bane Lionheart and Aldorn. My purpose here is the same as Bane's." Lord Emural bows towards them.

Asha says, "Then guess greetings are in order. Your a dual spirit being? It is my first time ever encountering such a being. I am Tienasha Thundercloud. Mage-knight of the 4th gate guard within the city of wonders."
