Prelude (Story)
Far to the northwestern end of Equestria, hidden amongst the tall mountains, Queeen Chrysalis has formed a hive where she has been busying herself with raising a terrible force that she plans to use in a conquest on Equestria. Those plans are still far from complete, but as of so far, she's been sending parties out to capture ponies to supply her hive with love.
You might perhaps be one of these unfortunate ponies, forced to do slave labor for your changeling overlords or simply kept locked up for food. Or perhaps you're one of the gladiators, those few found with a determination to fight...and put against your fellow ponies. Maybe you're lucky though and are welcomed into a sort of loving family of changelings who respect you, at least as a housemaid.
You might also be one of these changelings, choosing just how cruel or nice you wish to be to your pony subjects. Will you be cruel and force them into all of your dirt work, or will you be kind and actually give them more than scraps to eat?
Some changelings have taken to assisting ponies in escaping their captors in return for rewards, whether it is simply the reward of feeling good hearted or material possession. In either case, they are traitors of their Queen, are you one as well?
Laws of the Hive
1. Regardless of wealth, no subject of the hive is above the Queen. Any found boasting themselves or belittling the Queen WILL be punished!
2. Any changelings found consipiring against the Queen will face immediate public execution if proven guilty.
3. All ponies must be either be in the company of their master(s), chained or tied up, or in the presence of local guards when outside the establishment of the owner.
4. Pony slaves are never to be tasked with assisting or performing crimes, else the MASTER will be at 100% fault and be punished, along with their slave(s) being taken away.
5. Pony citizenship MUST be purchased at the price of 200 bits. Citizenship can also be earned through success in the arena as a gladiator, if said pony survives 20 rounds. Citizenship cannot be earned through pony-changeling marriage.
Roleplay Rules
1. Obviously be respectful to your fellow RPers and do not insult each other with racist remarks or vulgar language.
2. No sexual content or extreme gore. No extreme dark torture, no pole dancing or breaking ponies' will to live. Ponies are not allowed to have their memories lost through insanity or "rewritten" in any shape or form.
3. You are allowed multiple characters, but if the character(s) only appears for a short time then don't sign them up, just ask permission to use them for a short time. This only includes really important characters, so don't ask to play an unnamed guard.
First Post in Roleplay
----------------------------------------------------------
Famished, cold and thirsty, a group of thirty four ponies of young and middle ages in the early hours of the morning are lead through the confusing mountain paths by changelings to who knows where. It never seems to end, the journey has taken two days to get this far and the ponies can only hope it to make it to their one a day, noon break for food and water.
With several dozen changelings guiding them, they come to a downward path that turns the bend of the mountain. They had no idea that just around it was the changeling hive, far from any pony settlement. As the captives walked and turned the corner, they were shocked to see the entrance, nearly pitch dark inside and had little time to look at it as they were pushed inside changeling territory.
It was only a tunnel, though made by changelings. There were guards everywhere to ensure anypony that tried to pass through would be taken care of in whatever way was deemed best. Exiting the tunnel, the group was back outside but within a bustling trade district of changelings. Thick walls blocked every route out besides the tunnel. A spring river ran through the middle of the district, through the mountains and all the way to pony civilization.
Goods of all kind were available, though it seems as though the changelings prefer trade to currency. Everything appeared stolen, almost nothing made by the changelings themselves. It was only thanks to the snowy mountains above that pegasi have been unable to spot this from above.
The changelings escorting the ponies were guided past the market and into the depths of the hive, where they were to be taken in as new slaves for any changeling to claim for whatever purpose they desired...
