Scout rushes in TF2. (when the enemy team plays at least 4 scouts and speeds for the objectives) It's really annoying to head for the intelligence as a engie, only for 3 or 4 scouts to barge into the room only after your sentry at level 1 was set up and it gets blown apart by the scouts flying around the room, followed by your death. Scout rushes happen less in other modes, but it's still annoying.

when the game crashes in the middle of an important campaign, especially after you had just completed something really, really hard.

There's no clean words to describe how angry I am about Dark Souls 2 pvp. EVERYTHING IS BROKEN. Magic is far too strong. Full Melee is worthless. Poise, your ability to not be staggered by enemy attacks, does not even FUNCTION.
You know a game is broken when you can be stun locked to death by a DAGGER. EDIT Poise isn't broken in Dark Souls 2, it's just stupid.
Basically instead of one big total poise resistance like in Dark Souls 1, each body part has it's own poise (Head, Chest, arms, legs) from armor. Average poise from armor on the chest is about 16-22 and other parts is about 4-8.
The dagger deals 10 poise damage and either strikes one's arms or chest. Two handing any weapon, including the dagger, doubles poise damage (in this case up to 20.) There's also TONS of weapons that can deal poise damage of up to 35 and even 50 and they can swing retardedly fast.
In other words, it means that no matter how much poise you have, you'll almost always be stun locked to death.
