"Hello, Tessara. My name is Lady Luck, or Calamity, or Fortune. It depends how I'm feeling, I suppose." The woman smiled, and the slight movement made the gold of her skin twinkle in the sunlight. She nodded politely to the First. Then, a knock came at the door. "Oh. Looks like you have another visitor, Celes." A part of her face turned transparent, and garishly colored. "Perhaps... you should let them in." The change dissipated, and she cleared her throat. "On the other hand, perhaps not. It is your choice."
The three goblin brothers noticed the changeling approaching the cave. "Hss. Who are you, bug? Why do you bother us?" They seem annoyed, rather than actually aggressive. They step forward, examining the changeling. "Mh." One of them nods. "What do you want?"

@the Goblin Brothers The flutterling Respectfully bows in greeting and says, "We of Flutter Cove would like to invite you to learn about Aura Magic? From what we can sense, at least you have the potential to learn this magic type. Our queen, Queen Crystal, would like to teach you how to use it. From our lady I give you this. The choice is yours if you wish to come." He points to the head brother as he speaks. He also gives to him a map that leads to the hive in question. When he removes the map from his bag, a bag made of finely woven crystalline threads, he uses what seams to be telekinesis, to gain the item. The Flutterling guard waits patiently for the response of the goblin leader.
@celes' Place The Flutterling Ambassador waits, with a calm patients, for a response from this house's host/hostess.

The goblins look at each other, then towards a hole in one of the walls. A large, grinning goblin steps out, wearing a rock crown set with diamonds. "What is all this about magic, then?" He grins at the changeling. It's not an unfriendly smile, but it is frightening all the same. He crawls down to the changeling, and takes the map. "Lead on, my insect friend. Knowledge is just as good as metal, so far as hoarding goes." The goblins look at each other, with raised eyebrows. This was a strange change in Grelmark indeed.

@goblin lord The guard doesn't seam frightened by the goblin lord. He says, "This way, we can take you as far as the eastern peak. Our queen has asked us to look for others as well." The guard hovers just off the ground on a cautious note watching for any signs of danger and guides the goblin towards the eastern peak.

"Yes. I had best see to it. Please excuse me." Celes said, standing up and bowing to the pair before making his way to the door. Though he began to wonder. His visions detailed one minute of time, but were they limited to one specific person? Or could he see multiple things that could well happen during that one minute period. He'd reflect on this later. For now, he merely opened the door to greet his latest guest. "Greetings to you, honoured guest. Might I ask what brings you to my home?"
--
While Celes was dealing with the one at the door, Tessara decided to try and get to know Lady Luck a little better. "That's a lovely name. Lady Luck. If it's not too impolite, may I ask how you know Father?" She asked, curious to know about this woman. Admittedly, she was curious about a lot of things at present.

@celes The Ambassador says, "Greetings from Crystal Cove. We are called Ambassador. We were wondering what kinds of beings live here. During our fly over, we detected those who have the potential to learn aura magic. Would you know the ones we are looking for? We would like to invite them to Crystal Cove, to learn about this type of magic from our Queen, Queen Crystal. May we come in? We can explain further if you wish to know more." The Ambassador waits patiently for Celes' response.
((Also Bolt, forgot this in last post, They are Flutterlings not changelings. Those will come much later.))

"Lead on, lead on. This should prove most illuminating. You three! Continue working." Grelmark followed the emissary, grinning.
Celes could see, past the flutterling ambassador, a figure approaching his home. A creature wrought from stone, and without his spark, but still moving of its own volition. It was moving with purpose towards him, slowly.
"I'm not entirely sure, Tessara. I know him the same way we all know him. He's one of, if not the most important person here." Lady Luck took a sip of her tea, then continued. "If we did not know him, then nothing would grow, or live."

Magmaximus seethed with rage and unquenchable fury. These foolish, incompetent fools continued to ignore Him, to treat Him as though He, the great Warsmith, did not exist! And what was more, They made these powerless, pitiful parodies of intelligence and gave them FREE WILL?
The only thing which stopped the god of war from utterly wiping these disgusting creations from this plane was a single warrior that caught His eye. This insect, this green, powerless bacteria, had something within him, something which Magmaximus understood very well indeed.
Rage. Pride. The killing instinct.
The molten god watched closely as this creature, this Grelmark, defied even gods and began to build an entire race for himself, a race of warriors. Though they were creations of that... that INSOLENT Muer'matt... they were fighters.
The irony did not escape Magmaximus as He allowed the faintest of smiles to cross His lips. Creations of the Cracks though they may be, they were now His creation as much as any other. Their bloodthirsty and savage nature only served to strengthen and honor Him.
The Warsmith slowly turned away from the scene, and thrust a hoof towards the horizon. A blinding beam of pure fire tore out of the blazing sun and slammed into His grasp, and with a snort the god threw the orb of flames onto the mountainside, burning everything beneath him into ash and molten ores. With a roar, He smote His hoof upon the slag, and from its midst came a black mace of ash, fire and steel. Its length was such that it reached the highest heavens with a single stroke, and its weight was greater than all the stones of the world combined. Its head was covered with spikes as sharp as needles, and it burned with the fires of the stars themselves.
Hefting the Black Mace easily upon His broad shoulders, Magmaximus gave a mighty shout, and pillars of magma shot up from beneath the earth, solidifying into a mighty mountain of stone as dark as night, glowing with veins of embers red as blood. At its pinnacle there formed a fortress of steel and adamant, guarded with the Fires of Battle.
"These mortals have potential," said the god to Himself. "Let Us see if they shall become worthy of My attention."
And with those words, the Warsmith entered the Pyrgos Machis, and was not seen again for a long time.

It wasn't love before a young Flutterling landed near this place her purpose to understand the furry of the flames. but all she found was what felt like war. Different from her kin, she sought to learn. here she stayed learning what the land would teach. be it peace through love or conquest through war. Her name was Crysalis, Chosen Princess of the Fourth Hive. She knelt before the great field of war and watched the land as it was burnt and made molten. From here she watched, learning what it means to survive. Venusia looks upon her and watches from the heart of all worlds. "This youngling would make a warrior queen. I think from the one of war she should learn." venusia makes a call like a mother giving birth but also like the songs of beautiful birds chirping on the spring breeze. A moment later Crystal appeared before herr mother comeing from within a pink crystal gate.
Crystal asks, "Mother you called for me?" Venusia just nods and points to a Flutterling before speaking, "This one is Crysalis, Your chosen hive princess of hive four. Inform her that it is her mother's wish that she go and find the one called Magmaximus. She is to learn from him. If she finds any place where his knowledge can be found she is to learn from it. War she will be the Queen who defends our ways and homes. Go and tell her of her place." Crystal bows before her mother and leaves.

"Certainly. Please come in, Ambassador." Celes said, taking a step back from the door so the Flutterling could enter, bowing respectfully to his guest. He would have introduced himself properly there, but the shambling rock creature worried him. It moved on its own, but lacked a soul. But the thing that worried Celes was that he did not know who made it. Thus he could not determine the creature's intent. He felt a pang of worry for his daughter and an unfamiliar feeling. The feeling that he would lash out if Tessara was ever in danger. 'Just a touch of control and direction, and such instincts could be put to use.'
---
Tessara felt a sense of pride at Lady Luck's words. Celes had told her quite a bit of the somewhat short history of the plane, but he'd made it sound like his involvement was simply directing the will of the All-Father. "Please continue. I'd like to hear this story." She said, trying to encourage Lady Luck to tell her more about this line of conversation.
---
Elsewhere, the sound of wingbeats sounded on the wind. Seraphim, the Bringer of Chaos, awoke from her short slumber and took to the skies, for they were hers. There was no other who could match her in the air. She grinned and gave a mighty roar. "Hear me, creatures of this land! I am Seraphim! My roar echoes into eternity!"
And echo, it did. And from her roar, a force did awaken. From her maw, she fired a strange orb downwards to the land. And upon shattering into a million pieces, it dissipated into the world. This force seeped into all of creation, awakening strange powers within those who had the fortitude to seek it out. But what was a god without subjects to rule over? What good was power if there were none to witness one's glory? "Hmph... Time to seek out the Life-Giver, then. The All-Father's favourite."

The creature waited 'til the Fluttering was inside, then walked up to the door, and waited. He could wait forever.
Lady Luck tilted her head. "Well, that's... pretty much it. I don't know how much we're specifically allowed to tell you, really."
Muer'matt twitched underground. Things were... happening. And he didn't like that. "WHO'S DOING THINGS?!"

The flutterling bow back and entered the home. He was mindful to be a good guest. He waited to see if this creture would be here to harm a prospective charge. The flutterling ambasitor remains silent in all cases.
Two more flutterlings this time guard class appeared, but they stayed back a ways respectfully. They made sure that their charge could easily give the defend command.

As the Ambassador stepped inside, Celes turned to the creature. Perhaps it could answer questions. Then again, perhaps not. Either way, it was no cause to be rude. "May I help you, honoured guest?" He asked, though he remained on guard for hostile movements. Then he saw something dive down from the sky. He tried to use his visions to find out if this would be friend or foe, but...nothing.
---
Tessara seemed confused. "Why would that be? Would something happen if you were to speak of this without permission? And who would punish you?" She asked. Were there different rules that bound others like her father?
---
Seraphim dove down over the forest, shifting her form the closer she got to the ground. By the time she landed, she had shifted to the form of a humanoid female of tanned complexion, though she kept her wings and pale teal eyes. Her hair was short and roughly cut and teal scales dotted her face like freckles. Upon her powerful frame was a sleeveless leather shirt and leather pants, her tail poking out from behind. Upon her face was a cocky smirk, though it faded as she looked around the forest. 'How's this for arrogance? Think you're better than everyone else, Life-Giver?'
She approached the door, budging past the rock monster with a barked 'Move!' and looking Celes right in the eyes. "Celes Iridan, the Life-Giver, I take it?" She asked, ignoring the unimpressed and rather offended look Celes gave her.

The creature pushed lightly in front of Seraphim. "You are interrupting, Seraphim. We have business." He nodded to Celes. "I am an emissary for the Man in the Mountain. I understand you're having guests over for right now." He bowed deeply. "Please, I would like to discuss a deal with you."
"I'm not sure." Lady Luck sighed. "No rules have been established, but I figure that if I preemptively follow them, I'll get a little more leeway later."

Celes relaxed a little as the rock creature introduced itself and appeared to be willing to discuss things in a civilized manner. Though this Seraphim...he would not tolerate her rudeness much longer. "Then I shall hear what you have to say, Emissary. Please enter and make yourself comfortable. I shall deal with this one, then we shall begin the introductions proper." He said to the rock creature while Seraphim fumed.
He...That...This one was just infuriating. The Life-Giver looked down on her? Seraphim, the one who ruled the skies with fire? Who the hell did he think he was? Still, as much as she hated to admit it, she needed him. Perhaps...perhaps that made him more powerful than her. Her power was great, but she did not have the power to create life. And yet, the Life-Giver seemed humble, unconcerned of how powerful he was. She'd have to show him what it feels like to revel in the power of a god. Break down that ordered exterior and release the power inside. Yes, perhaps she would...
---
"I'm sure Father wouldn't mind. If he's the most important person currently in existence, would that not make him the one to lay down the rules we all should live by? Or would it differ between the people who live here? We all need rules, but those rules musn't be harsh to those abiding by them." Tessara asked. It seemed to her that establishing a form of order would be necessary for the future yet to come, and Celes had already set rules in place for herself and her future children. Perhaps he could assist the others with their laws.
