She's rather not give a more elaborate example, as humiliating as those can be.

"Ever get... um... Well, you are very small, ponies usually don't look under their hooves, did everypony ever accidentally stepped on you?" She tried to ask with as much tact as possible.

Sanny sits upright and wraps the scarf around herself to stay warm.
um..y-yes. she nods with a blush. It's...less painful than falling, but they don't notice me. Sometimes it's animals and some ponies have even stood on me for a few minutes...it's not fun. she hides her face a little. Hooves are a lot harder than paws.

I just wish I could get them off. she chuckles. Maybe that's my fault though, I'm a little shy about talking to big ponies. At least until now.

They mean well though, don't they? I'm sure nopony means anything harmful if they mistake you for a filly or if they offer to protect you.
